Developing my counselor identity
The evolution of my counselor identity is a continuous process of self-reflection, learning, and growth. My approach is rooted in empathy, respect, and a commitment to evidenced-based practices through EFT, Trauma-informed and CBT therapy.
Working in the Greater Chicagoland area, I have the opportunity to meet my clients in the community and build life-changing relationships with my clients. The work I do in community care has created a strong bridge between mental care professionals and community members where they know we are authentic, professional and hopeful for what's best for our community.
